Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes—pickup and delivery are available on request, Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central. Choose pickup, delivery, or both in the appointment form and tell us your area in the notes. The team will confirm arrangements with you.
When can I schedule a detail?
Monday through Friday: drop-offs from 7 AM to 5 PM, and pickup and delivery from 8 AM to 5 PM Central. Choose a weekday and a preferred time in the form. The team confirms availability before your appointment is booked.
Is my appointment confirmed online?
Your request goes directly to our team. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, your preferred time and location, pickup or delivery arrangements, and the final quote. No payment is required to send a request.
Are these prices final?
Car interior detailing starts at $190 and varies with condition. Seat dyeing ranges from $50 to $85. Exterior wash is $50, standard wash and wax is $190, and exterior detailing with buff and wax is $225. Ceramic packages are $300 for 1 year, $800 for 3 years, and $1,000 for 5 years. The team will confirm your vehicle’s final quote before work begins.
Do you detail more than cars?
Yes. Southwest Dealer Services also works with trucks, commercial and fleet vehicles, boats, campers, motorhomes, and RVs. Choose “Specialty / fleet” in your request for an individual quote.
Can I give a detail as a gift?
Gift certificates are available. Choose “Gift certificate inquiry” in the request form and the team will help with the amount and arrangements. This site does not sell or charge for gift certificates online.
How long will my detail take?
Timing depends on the service and vehicle condition. Include your preferred day in the request, and the team will confirm the drop-off and collection arrangements.
